This place has HORRIBLE communication. I feel bad for those in serious crisis. I contacted them and was told by email that we'd set up an intake appt. ONE MONTH later I emailed them again and they said they left voicemail. I dont have voicemail set up. They have my email, why not email if calling didn't work? I gave them my correct number. I finally scheduled an appointment and was told I'd be sent a link. Appointment time came and no link, no email, no phone call. Flakes. I'd never trust flakey people with anything health... read more
Don’t build a connection with your therapist if you plan on taking a vacation. If you don’t book for 2 weeks their system will kick you out and close your file. You then are required to go back through intake and be placed with another “qualified therapist” that can help you because your therapist isn’t allowed to take on any more new clients.
