My journey at the PILLARS began in 2017 and I have been blessed in countless ways. I was given the opportunity to teach afro fusion dance to the community. I visited the PILLARS on weekly basis where I participated in reiki, acupuncture, drumming circles & meditation. Recently, I was under a great deal of emotional stress and was referred to Housing Works which provided free counseling services. Pillars is definitely my safe space to come and get away from the hustle and bustle and unwind with Tai Chi, Qi Gong/ meditation, Acupuncture and Reiki. This place is amazing, and everyone welcomes you in with Love (No Judgement). If you looking for a place to relieve stress and elevate you vibration and energy levels, Pillars is the place for you.
Since finding pillars wellness center have had nothing but an enlightened experience from the staff and clients that attend. Whenever possible with whomever passing along the information about my zen kind of moment I am engaged in by going to visit who I refer to as my new best friend especially also mentioning that all their services are free to everyone. I recommend to all those who read this post give pillars a look see for yourself. Look forward to seeing you there.
It was a great learning experience, this training is valuable and necessary in the Recovery field. Dr. P is extraordinary, well informed and a pleasure to work with and learn from.
