My husband and I were at Pillar Hotel and resort from 9/29 to 10/2. Hotel employees were talking and laughing loud right under my room from 10 pm till 12 am that I needed to go down to complain on the first night. On the second night talking and laughing again that I went down to complain again at 12 am.. I don't think it is right that I couldn't sleep for 2 nights because of the loud noise from the employees. I will never go back to this hotel.

What a great 👍place to stay, the staff will take care of all your needs. The resort smells of warm honey and maple 🍁 "it's the best".
Worked at this company from May 2017 - September of 2018 and They are a joke! My GM, Diana Diaz from the Willowbrook Residence Inn in Houston, TX would steal quarter money ALL THE TIME and she payed me to do the other employees brand standard training for them! I have stayed at several hotels managed by Pillar. While some are better than others there is serious a problem with the Courtyard Marriott in Bloomingdale, IL. This place stinks. There is a unpleasant odor that permeates through the hallways and more so in the rooms. I believe they must have tried to clean the carpets and now there is a mold type smell. I believe management knows there is an issue, but is not doing anything as long as people are staying there. Maybe the heating and ventilation system needs cleaned also. The... read more
