I am deeply disappointed with the customer service provided by Pilla electrical products. Our company, along with one of our approved vendors, reached out to them for a quote, but they were unable to provide one. Furthermore, I personally reached out via email to inquire about a quote, but I never received a response. It's incredibly frustrating when a company fails to acknowledge customer inquiries, especially in a business setting.
