I reached out to Pilkington for a visa assessment and their attorney Andrew Maloney was very rude and hung up for asking genuine questions. Apparently, it is not the first time he has done it based on the reviews. I am glad that he showed his true colour before signing any retainer. I hope you learn to deal with clients professionally.
