We immigrated to help take care of my aging parents. It is a very precious time we can now spend together due to the work of Pilkington. Our contact person was Tania and she was very helpful and patient, with all the details and paperwork of moving to a different country it was such a relief to have Tania handle the details for getting our Permanent residency. She also helped get us here as soon as possible which was also a gift.
They were courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. I am very happy with the results and that they handled any questions I had in a timely manner.
I do not know who is Andrew but he was very rude to me. He got upset because I asked if they were in St Catharines as supposed to Guelph because the internet mentions both places. He said “we are in St Catharines and the phone has a Guelph area code. I am done!” And hanged up the phone on me. I do not know what is wrong with this person but that’s no way to treat a potential client. The one that is now officially DONE with you is me.
