Husband called for some simple information. Was charged 1500.00 usd! He didn't sign anything and never asked them to represent him at all. Was told they needed credit card info as a 'hold' just to get info. Decided he didn't want to pursue his immigration issue and asked them to refund the credit card. They have since ghosted him, no longer answering his calls or emails. They say they have offices here in Sarnia....anyone he spoke to was in Florida. Beware of this place!
At first I was excited to deal with Pilkington, but after a while I knew it was a mistake. Dealing with staff was awful; Margaret was the only person that took the time to fully answer my questions. Talking to Andrew was a nightmare; he was very rude and condescending. I paid more than $1500 attempting to get a TN visa (which turns out I don't even qualify for), and Punam failed to make me aware that I do not qualify. I felt as if Punam brushed aside all my questions and concerns. I would not recommend this company.
