I phoned to get information on the immigration process to the United States and was just looking for some basic information. I have to agree with other review that poor communication and phone skills, Andrew was very rude and I walked away knowing nothing more. Andrew assured me he wasn't rude because he said sorry in a condescending way and then tried to just hang up twice without answering any questions or trying to give any relevant information.
