I was asked to come do chair massages July 24th this has been booked in way advanced we arrived to do the chair massages they did not turn my vendor paper in so there is no way I could get paid. So we could not do the massages for free so we left. I took off of work to do this event for pilgrims and I also drove 40 mins away to do this event so I lost money today because of how unprofessional this whole thing was. 8 hours of waiting and till yet no door no status whether load is yet ready . Management need a wake up call for your team , teach them the value of time of everyone . Their is no need to call and give pickup no to carriers and brokers when your product is not ready. Poorly managed
