I was moving from out of state, and did not have any help moving into storage, so I was late dropping off my truck. Pilgrim Storage was very accommodating to my situation. I would recommend renting a truck from them or possibly renting a storage unit.
The lady that works there is awesome
Extremely unprofessional. I called and left a voicemail asking about moving a reservation for this Saturday up a day for a uhaul and without confirming or speaking to me on the phone they moved my reservation up a day and to a completely new location. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I now have to cancel my reservation and find a new location that has a vehicle. You are bad at your job Stacy.
