Becca was friendly, responsive and informative. To add to friendly, she was personable. Our rating of "4" is due to frustration at the end of our process. Soon before closing, instructions from the underwriter, as far as we could surmise, were not "translated" sufficiently such that we were asked several times to supply information that we thought was sufficient. It would have been helpful to get the "translation" initially from the broker to avoid confusion and delay.
Becca and her team worked hard from start to finish for my client! We love turning renters into homeowners!!
