No stars for these losers in the Mortgage Business, almost lost my house because of their lack of competence. I had several mortgages in the past that never missed a closing date, these clowns thought they could call the agents involved in the sale and change the closing to what was convenient for them. Some how they could not get appraisal in a timely manner. I was putting 300k down on a 375K house! Save yourself the grief that I went through. Use your bank or recommendations from your agent.
No call back, doesn't answer email or voice messages, the nova call system is a joke.( it claims you didn't answer when you really did). Mr Wright has not answered ANY of my calls or emails! Very poor business practices! I was gonna refi with them but too many problems to list. Mr Wright , You've wasted my time and effort and lost my business forever!!! Beware consumers.
Not a good experience, I should have read the reviews prior to applying for a mortgage with company. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
The couple who bought my home used the company to purchase the home. The experience was AWFUL. The closing was postponed several times, I lost a substantial amount of money and would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Buyer and Seller BEWARE!!!!! If I could give thos a worse rating, I would.
I filled out an application with Ross Wright and a woman called me within the next couple of days and told me that Ross had given her my info to work with. We started the process of home purchase and the entire experience was AWFUL! We were constantly waiting on her to reply to anything, calls (vm box always full), texts, emails.
