Perfect length of time... great audio tour of Plymouth bay, parked opposite the Mayflower II. Great crew and Captain, very helpful. So much fun, would love to do again!
I enjoyed the sunset cruise very much. However the music was so loud that the passengers were yelling over it, and several were really rude with foul language. Would not recommend. I've always thought of a sunset cruise as calmer, quieter more romantic get away.
A very pleasant 75 minute cruise in Plymouth Harbor. The tour guide gave a very informative commentary as we cruised. The Plymouth Belle has a 72 HP engine and cruises at about 9mph. Not bad for a real paddle wheel ship. The weather was perfect, warm, low humidity with a slight breeze.
The Pilgrim Belle is the perfect way to host a welcome party / rehearsal dinner. Jamie was very quick to respond when we were first inquiring about hosting a private event and answered all of our questions promptly. They are flexible in the options (e.g., bring your own food / hire catering that has already worked on the Pilgrim Belle, open bar / cash bar), and on the day of, the team was so helpful and prepared to help us set up, maintain the space throughout the event, and tear down seamlessly.
