We have been using Pilgrim Bank for 20 years for both personal and business accounts. Linda, Paola, and the entire staff are the best! They are always helpful and friendly! We use the local branch daily. We have never had a bad experience! We are very thankful to have them as our local bank!
TERRIBLE customer service skills! Im so glad my father is leaving this bank, he was with them for over ten years and they steady want to be rude! I would love to talk to upper management! They need to FIRE EVERYONE IN THERE!
