I spent hours, the other day, hoping to find at least one of the three ATMs closest to me to have deposit capabilities but none of the Mt Pleasant nor Pittsburg locations allow deposits. Online banking has been painful with access issues that have yet to be resolved. I tried to go into the lobby a couple of weeks ago to get that resolved, but was told I needed to do it through the app. I burned a day of PTO to do that because I have moved an hour away from the nearest lobby location. No communication regarding the Southside drive through being closed on Saturday. I walk and do not own a vehicle. My job is near me. Now this bank wants me to add 3 hours to getting to work by using the Northside branch? This one top of lying a out the "new" app.
