One star only for the guy from the shipping office who was kind and helpful. Otherwise everything is horrible, especially a girl who works in the yard office, very rude, destructive, unprofessional and despotic. This girl treated me super badly with hatred and despotism. Apparently because I don't speak perfect English. People like that are pitiful. I never go back to that place and I don't recommend it to anyone
