I went to Pilatus Taxes office to try and solve a problem regarding my 2016 tax returns (which I had previously filed there) and the owner, Cassandra, was very rude and unprofessional. She told me that I was late for my appointment, but when I had made the appointment she failed to inform me that the office had moved to a new location, so I had to take the extra time to search for it.
