I have been attending Pilates with Sarah for nearly 3 years now. When I first contacted Sarah I was nearly crippled with lower back pain. I saw immediate improvement, but I keep going as even after 3 years it continues to improve, and I really enjoy the classes..! I have been doing Pilates with Sarah for 12 months to help with my lower back pain. My core strength and flexibility have increased and I feel more confident when lifting weights at the gym. I cannot recommend Sarah enough and will happily continue.
I started Pilates with Sarah about a year ago. I had suffered a shoulder injury (2 x tendons plus bursa) following a skateboard accident and did rehab physiotherapy with Sarah Rogers in Cleveland. The latter then referred me here to Sarah to continue the work. I did some research and realized Sarah's classes would be an ideal conduit for maintenance and improvement of balance, coordination, muscle control and posture. I love doing Pilates with Sarah! She keeps the classes interesting and at just the right level of challenge to help me get stronger and more flexible without injuries or flare ups. Sarah has wonderful expertise and her explanations of how the body works make so much sense! Having suffered much back and shoulder pain over the years, I'm feeling better than ever! Thank you Sarah!
My partner introduced me to Pilates with Sarah and years down the track I am still going as it helps my back. Sarah is a brilliant teacher. She is always watching everyone of us to ensure we use the right muscles. I highly recommend her classes.
