Jo is absolutely fantastic at what she does. I felt comfortable with her immediately and can highly recommend her for sports massage. I have had many massage treatments over the years and can definitely vouch for Jo as one of the best !o wouldn’t go anywhere else now …

I made the mistake during lockdown of treating exercise as a task to be ticked off my daily to-do list. I completed daily online HIIT workouts and weight training. I discovered three months ago that I have a degenerative disc in my lower back and was advised by the consultant and physio to strengthen my core. I have just completed 10 1-2-1 sessions with Jo to just focus on my form; going right back to basics; and getting a foundation knowledge of Pilates. Had a wonderful massage with Jo today. Very much needed and it helped me totally relax. She's simply fantastic. Super pilates and hiit classes to. Incredibly positive and motivating. Can highly recommend. Thanks Jo.

I have been having ongoing issues with my shoulder and neck and have been seeing Jo to try and help sort it out. She is so knowledgeable and friendly and her massage skills are second to none. I would 100% recommend her to family and friends
