I've had manual lymphatic drainage with Pilar and it's been fabulous in clearing out inflammation from my sore joins due to an autoimmune condition. I know longer have shoulder pain or anyother pain in my joints. Pilar is an absolute gift! I sought a lymphatic drainage masseuse after I developed lymphoedema in my breast after breast cancer treatment and despaired I’d ever have it under control. I've been getting scar tissue release with Pilar for two weeks now, I've already noticed such an incredible difference in appearance and feel of my scars, I had a loss of sensitivity on and around my scars, since the treatment the feeling has been coming back more than I could have hoped. Her studio is warm and comforting. She is compassionate within her practice and makes it all a very relaxing, safe environment. Her services are life changing for my self-confidence and happiness.
I’ve had a sore shoulder for around two years and have tried a number of different therapies including physio and acupuncture. Today, Pilar worked her magic on my shoulder and I am feeling absolutely fantastic. I was able to do a full weights session this afternoon without having to stop due to pain or limited movement.
