I wouldn't even rate this rehab with one star. The facility is nasty. The equipment is very limited and outdated. Papers are stacked about everywhere (no doubt a HIPPA violation). A bottle of unlabeled lotion in a ketchup bottle was being used on open wounds. Therapy was applied to a limb against doctor's orders with the therapist stating that the doctor sent over the details of what therapy she wanted.
