In my 20 years of Army moves, this company provided the best unpacking service I have ever experienced. Their team communicated clearly and consistently regarding their arrival time, and every member was professional, courteous, and efficient. If I could give zero stars, I would. This company showed up to our home on a Monday. They proceeded to pack only half our home. Several calls to fort bliss housing and rescheduals, they showed up to our home the next day. While explaining all of the items that were not packed, their female employee proceeded to roll her eyes and disregard our concerns. Labeled almost all boxes “misc” or “rugs” or “bedroom”. When asked to correct I was told “I’ve been doing this for 7 years so I know what I’m doing”. I expressed my concern that if a box goes missing I won’t get reimbursed for the items that were in it. Like the one box labeled “rugs and pillows” that had gold plated utensils in it.
