Very poorly managed and beware if you give them a card for payment to keep on file. Courtney changed my daughter's appointment time and no one from their office notified us of the change (this happened on more than one occasion). She showed up for her appt only to be turned away and told that we owed a no-show fee for the rescheduled appt that we knew nothing about. Our counselor, Regina Jones, has been an absolute blessing to our family. She has helped my daughters through some of the toughest challenges and supports them in such a beautiful way! They love her and we are so grateful to have her in their lives!
