They are the best bike shop hands down! I've been bringing my e-bike for tuneups there for the last couple of years and they always do a fantastic job. The technicians are very friendly and do a good job of walking you through the repairs and confirming any costs with you if extra parts/service is required.

Went in to pick up some small repair parts. Friendly and helpful service. Open during the holiday week. Indoor bike parking. Nice in-store selection of parts and accessories that tested my willpower not to impulse buy.
