I tried to get money back for a dry roll of tape and was told no cash refunds, only trades. Didn't want to get anotherv dry roll of tape. You have lost my business, and Food Lion has gained it. I shopped there often. Better change that policy .It is costing you a lot more than a $4.95 roll of 3M tape.
