Entered the store on May 2nd 2021. Was hideously insulted involving a physical handicap I've had for years by an idiot kid who will never knowanything about work or prominence. An older man on the management team told me the employee would be written up. After I pulled out my phone to call in the complaint, the idiot old man came outside the store and handed me a gift card for the store. Complete desperation.
