Alicia was very rude and condescending and unhelpful. I had a question and she couldn't answer as she was on phone , her personal phone but said that she was talking to another manager but the bits of Convo I heard were talking about a man and her relationship problems. Very upsetting trip to this store. As not a local, I would expect customer service to be exceptional in a tourist town.
Breakfast is never open on time and the 2 ladies back there are always rude.
