RUDE GIRLS working at the shop. My sisters and I wanted to look at the skates and one of them asked the employee if the skates they have are beginner friendly. She looked up and down on us and condescendingly said “All our skates are beginner friendly, however they’re not beginner friendly prices.”I was excited to buy rollarskates; however, was discouraged after this encounter.
Worst customer service EVER. DONT PLACE YOUR ORDER ONLINE. I paid my shipping and two weeks later I still have no tracking number, I sent several emails but they take like 6 days to answer. PLEASE DONT BUY THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE!
Ignore the negative reviews. I’ve been in three times now with different employees and the customer service has been wonderful. They helped me pick out the perfect skates for myself, and they helped me replace parts on my wife’s skates that were bottlenecking her progress. They also have a huge variety of skates and accessories for any budget. If you’re interested in getting into skating, or you’re considering upgrading, do yourself a favor and check out Pigeon’s.
meh. ordered toe stops on Dec 27th. it’s the 9th of January and package seems to be lost. instead of apologizing and stating what their next steps would be, the FIRST thing they said was “ you didn’t purchase the insurance from Route..”. No. No I didn’t. I shouldn’t have to insure a package worth less than $20 for an e-commerce business to ship it and for a global shipping company to get it to me. Pigeons and UPS should be able to sort this out without shaming and guilting a customer. Bad vibes, y’all
