This auto place was absolutely amazing. The lady I dealt with was so helpful and friendly. We rode our motorcycle from WV to Pigeonforge one of our members had a horse riding accident we needed to take him to the hospital is why we rented the car. The people there were genuinely concerned. Our jeep broke down and called them on a Saturday since they was the only ones left open for a rental. The guy said he was closing at 4:00 then 6:00 ( it says online) due to invasion. We told him we was getting a uber to this place. When we was picked by uber my husband called this place 31 times after we called them the first time to confirm we was on our way. Rental was clean and well maintained. Price was best around. Customer service helpful and friendly. Would rent here again.

The customer service provided by Ashley and the owner was amazing. They went way above and beyond what the expectation was. Incredibly accommodating and helpful in finding what we needed in a super short period of time. I am soooo grateful for how they helped our family.
