wish i could rate a zero, did not contact me about my case or go over any details until present in front of a judge. Did not want to talk over phone or discuss my case until day of case and even then, i contacted 2 weeks prior to my case; i left my phone number and email; did not help me with connecting with my judge via web cam, overall was not professional about my matter. did not speak for more than a minute over phone. Helped with one matter and that was it.
First encounter with Russ was great. Took his time, late on a Tuesday night to go over possible outcomes for me. Seems very honest and up front.
