My friend’s mom used to live here for many years. She said the services here was always the top notch. The rooftop has majestic views of Brooklyn Heights, Manhattan Bridge, Manhattan and even Liberty Statue!
My Dad lives here now, 2022. There's no Staff in the office and no Social Worker!! Absolutely no activities for the seniors. Seniors just remain in there apartments. My Dad's apartment is outdated. Catholic Charities has not updated my Dad's apartment. When I visit my Dad, there's no Staff around!! There's absolutely no one checking on my Dad and the other seniors.
