I would like to share with our community about a great nursing facility right in the inner circle of Shreveport Pierremont has a great rehab team they encouraged my dad to do therapy every day and on a day off he would go to the rehab gym to do exercises because he was determined to go home strong. He spent 14 days there and went home on home health to continue with rehab so he didn’t loose all he gained in therapy there, it was all setup with their social worker and Doctor. I want to say thank you to all the staff at pierremomt starting with Toquella Gooding Who took away all my fears of admitting my mom into a nursing facility, Shenna toured me to make sure I would know where everything was while visiting..they have Doctors and Nurse practitioner that see the patients I was amazed and the therapy is getting my mom ready to go home stronger. Do not send your loved one here. This is by far the WORST nursing facility. They’re unprofessional, unethical, unsanitary, and NEGLIGENT. Bunch of liars. They will put you in a room and forget about you. I’ve seen it. I lived it. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!
I'm extremely pleased with the care of my dad at this facility. The staff is responsive to any questions that I asked. The administrator is super helpful and I adore the nurses. I just had to shout you guys out!
