Good morning I wanted to recognize pierremont Healthcare who took great care of my aunt who has no children they communicated with my family each step of the way with the rehab program she was able to discharge home in 14 days by walking out the facility and she came in a wheelchair. She is now reconditioned and much stronger Thanks

My 82yr old Daddy stayed at Pierremont Healthcare while getting IV antibiotics for sepsis. The staff there was AMAZING! I cannot say enough about them. They took Excellent care of him as if he was part of their own family and he considered them his! KK, Tamra, Ms. Mary, his caseworker Lisa, EVERYONE there made his stay away from home the best it could be! Thank you all for taking such great care of my Daddy! You all are Angels in our eyes! I do not recommend this facility for your loved ones. This place was the death of my grandmother. She was sent here for rehabilitation which were services she did not receive. They had a Covid outbreak and did not take any safety precautions before and during the outbreak for the safety of the visitors, staff, and residents. My grandmother ended up getting Covid at this facility and the facility did not treat her for Covid.
