I showed up on time. I was told that I was not in her 'system'? yet she remembered talking to me on the phone when she gave me the appointment? Mistakes happen, no big deal, right? I was not upset, but I did have to ask how my appointment got lost? lol They took zero responsibility for the mix up and he actually scolded me for voicing my disappointment.
