Owners are rude. Had to cancel an appointment for my husband because became very ill. Tried to reschedule and owner gave me a hard time. I was very surprised by how rude the owner was. They were not going to refund me my deposit. So I had to rebook the appointment for him. If I could have given them a zero star I would. Terrible customer service and not at all understanding. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
I completely enjoy my Reiki treatments at Pieris Day Spa. Lisa, the practitioner, is very skilled and thoughtful in what she does. I always feel rested and relaxed after she completes a session of reiki. I definitely recommend Lisa and her “magical “ hands.
Absolutely love going to Pieris! I highly suggest you book a service and you will not be disappointed!!
