The experience was wonderful from the moment you entered the building. Elegant and relaxing . Thank you to all the staff and my therapist Tammy for making this such a special day!
Unfortunately, I had an off experience here. I really do not recommend the Halo Head Spa option, haven't tried their other massages though. Be aware that the Halo Head Spa offering is a waterfall machine with a light neck, shoulder and head massage, not the description for the massage approach for a true Japanese or Korean head spa with thorough strand by strand washing of your hair and an in-depth, head tingling scalp massage. Their massages are ok but I would NOT recommend getting a manicure or pedicure from them. Please see the result of the “manicure” the individual did on me…The work was extremely rushed and sloppy. When I asked the individual why the manicure looks so streaky and messy, she essentially blamed it on my fingernails (I’ve never had a manicurist tell me there was anything off with my nails.
