Had a piercing booked in with Rachel today she was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. She was very easy to talk to and calmed my nerves without trying. Will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend!

Would give no star but can't. Spent 2 weeks trying to catch the shop open to finally manage to get there when both the crystal part and the piercing bit was open, only to be asked to wait by the crystal who lady who had to text the piercing lady who appeared from outside 10 mins later and then wouldn't let me look at the jewellery she has for sale without making an appointment to just browse. Fantastic service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had my flat pierced by Rachel a little while ago and it healed perfectly. I love the booking app, it makes it so easy to see all of Rachel’s opening hours and availability to pick a date and time that suits me. Would 100% recommend to all my friends and family!

Love this place! You enter through a beautiful crystal shop that sells all sorts of gorgeous things. Everything is so clean and elegant. Rachel is lovely, she’s funny and personable and happy to put your mind at ease if you’re a bit nervous. The mandatory forms are quick and easy to fill out even for someone technologically illiterate like myself, all you do is scan a QR code and put in your details! Thank you for providing me and my friend with such a lovely piercing experience.

First time visiting after hearing great reviews word of mouth. Rachel is really down-to-earth, I originally wanted an industrial, my anatomy wasn’t appropriate for this so Rachel suggested alternatives which still worked amazingly. Thank you so much xxx
