Excellent customer service, I forgot a very important package in the bus, but they found it and kept it safe for me till I picked it up, can't thank them enough for that, highly recommend.

Only putting one cuz you can't put zero for the fact that apparently you can just stop running a bus the day of the closure without giving people proper notice that The best route will no longer be running all because of the Puyallup fair how about the people that actually work at the fair and need it to get to work and posting signs on the bus stop in Puyallup the day of it being closed is not proper notice. I think it's about time for a lawsuit for causing someone to lose their job all because they don't want to drive that... read more
