If I could give Pierce no stars I would. Zero communication, failure to act in the best interest of the estate (in fact, when asked who he represents he specifically stated he works for the executer, not beneficiaries. Which means he does not care if the will is handled according to deceased’s intentions), allowed and most likely recommended the executer to not act as a fiduciary and in turn become a conflict of interest with the estate and will, never sent yearly accounting, did not have executer set up a separate trust i... read more
