In my experience with Pierce, he was condescending and argumentative. But the worst part of the experience was his poor communication. He could answer the phone for other loan officers, but he couldnt respond to his own client. Pierce lacked the decency to communicate with me at all. I had to find out from another loan officer via my own outreach attempts that he was "too busy" for me.
