It’s unfortunate that a racist happens to be the president of this company (Pierce Hardware and JCR Distributors). Erin Bittner and his warehouse manager Nathan Oglesby refer to their POC employees as “trash”. It’s despicable behavior and he shouldn’t be at the helm of any company. Truly will be the downfall of the company due to him making it a dictatorship. No one is ever allowed to speak up for fear of retaliation. Went to Pierce Fine Hardware and Plumbing for a polished brass popup assembly for our bathroom sink. We had purchased our faucets there years ago The staff were friendly and helpful. While the parts we wanted weren't in stock they were able to research their suppliers catalogs and ordered them for us quickly and efficiently.
I had purchased expensive hardware for a kitchen remodel for our Parkhill house six years ago. The kitchen faucet malfunctioned so I called Pierce to help. I was told they only have records that go back 3 years. I was wanting customer service, however the young lady answering the phone was disinclined to give it. She told me to deal with the manufacturer because Pierce would charge me even if under warranty. Pierce I had thought, was an higher end store who cared about their customers. Sadly, not so.
