I forgot – Gave them 1 star due to their questionable sales people. Our sales person was apparently either suffering from early onset Alzheimers or is simply dishonest. When we went into the store to actually buy the product, he quoted us a higher price than what he gave us the week before. It seems he "forgot" that he had written the price on his business card (which I showed him). So, he honored that price and we purchased the product. Don't buy from these people - No help - don't stand behind their word - Don't care about you after they have their money – Salesman not trueful, Said complete delivery and hook up, did not happen - Sold extra remote that would not work - No one in the store could hook up TV, Had to hire someone to get the TV going - DVD recorder would not work with the TV - Said the TV was HDTV ready and would be all I need to get HDTV.
