I’ve had multiple sessions with Beth L., both deep tissue massage and cranial sacral ~ exceptional experiences always! She is patient, non-judgmental and very knowledgeable. Her presence is kind and she shows a genuine interest in making sure the session meets your needs. My fibromyalgia flare ups have lessened, due to my cranial sacral sessions and I leave feeling calm, relaxed, lighter and often more energized. I highly recommend Beth ~ give yourself the gift of self care! Trust me, you won’t be disappointed 😌

Beth is an incredibly skilled and intuitive massage therapist. She brings a thoughtful, intentional approach to every session—always using just the right amount of pressure and technique based on what your body truly needs. Disappointing experience. Booked the 60min upper body focus but there was a good bit of time spent on my glutes/lower back as well. I didn’t mind that much, but what I did find frustrating was that my massage therapist kept nodding off! I thought she was just breathing deep because she was focused but then her hands would stop moving and she would just hold whatever body part was in her hands for a noticeably long time with no pressure or intent behind it.
