Great place and great customer service! Michael was very friendly and helpful when I was picking up a piece they were giving away to make room in their store. Also, the jewelry selections are to die for so I will be coming back for some special occasion purchase for sure! Thank you!
I was at a sale day 2 and had a picture I wanted to purchase but was unmarked. I made an offer and my sale was written up. When I got to check out I was told there was no way the picture could be sold to me for that price. Seriously? Price your items first or honor the price I was given.

Poor customer service while at the sale. Purchased 2 items which neither worked. Will not return to Pier & Co again, nor use them in the future to represent me for estate sale.
