About a week ago I went to the Conroe tX Pier one store & walked thru the store mentally checking off everything I was going to buy. I also saw a beautiful umbrella I was about to ask the associate to pull for me so I can pay for it,, but I had to use the restroom first. I asked to use the restroom & the associate rudely told me “ Our restrooms aren’t open to the public! I had to leave the store to use the restroom at Target.
