We’ve been loyal customers. However, today I would have rated it a big zero, if I could. Some of the staff was redecorating the store and ignored the customers to the point of making us feel like we were in the way. We were about to purchase a piece of furniture and decorative housewares. The one staff that was actually working and helping a customer, called another worker to help us, as we had been waiting quite a while. By far the most friendly and helpful staff of any pier 1 store I have visited. The store is clean and organized well. Kudos !!!!!
