Worst customer service ever. A year ago, I had candles mailed to my house because the store was out. The package came open with half the candles missing. Pier 1 said they couldn't do anything. This year I had another customer service issue after they ran out of an item on Sunday, the item would come on the truck Monday, picked up the item on Tuesday but they would not price match the Sunday price. They will rob you blind.
