I enjoy walking around Pier 1. It's aesthetically pleasing and the employees have always been helpful and friendly. Once I had to return a bar stool that broke after only 1 week. The manager gave me a replacement immediately without question! I'm so sad that the location closest to me is closing!
On the two occasions I have come in to take a look, I have heard nothing but drama and underwhelming gossip from the employees that work here. It's like watching older woman act like they're in highschool. It's always been bad energy experiences for me. No greetings, no smiles, nothing!
