Prices are high. Sales people are pushy and don't listen. I prefer Cost Plus World Market.
Horrible service. Waited 20 minutes for them to find a price on one item and they didn't even apologize or make efforts to get a manager. Rude the whole time! Was extremely disappointed in the customer service.
My service was excellent! Jennifer knew just what we were looking for and exceeded my expectations on customer service!
