twilight zone of a store – Ordered a standing mirror via phone and on the day I was picking it up, I called an hour beofre and was told that it was "packed and ready to go". I got there, waited for about 15 minutes and then finally the store guy tells me he's sorry but the mirror broke a while back and it was thrown away. WHAT THE..???
