No longer a Pier 1 store. Nike store now
The worst product quality ever!!!! My wreaths came in totally destroyed and only a store credit. AVOID PIER 1 NOW AT ALL COSTS!!!! Although there are no longer any Pier 1 store fronts, I was completely unable to find an 800 customer service number to contact them regarding an inferior product ordered online. I was only able to communicate with them via email, when they found time to respond. In addition, they have a store credit only return policy now. This is not the Pier 1 we used to all know, and love! Buyer beware!!
There was no experience to report the store was no longer there even though Google still had it listed as open for in store shopping I drove miles and miles an miles wasted my time and gas Google is not to be trusted

One star means you get a ZERO rating for losers. Pier 1 sent a stool instead of a teak wood chaise lounge. Now due to their own mistake, out of bad faith. Their requirement is to have their item returned before my item which was paid for in advance can be sent to me. This behavior lets their customers know regardless of what your status in life means.
