I walked into Pier 1 today on MidRivers in which there were 4 employees standing at counter talking and one walking around the store. I walked around entire store to see if I would be greeted at some point. I left store and called and Charlotte who stated that she was manager answered the phone. I asked If it was customary for them to not greet their customers and she stated we are not greeting anymore.
